To enable citizens to lodge their grievance with respect to various government services, toll free number and online application have been made available. How to lodge a grievance Citizens can log in through the Spandana Portal to submit their grievance. It is a centralised grievance redressal portal of the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Through the portal, citizens can Register, Track and Redress the Grievances received at CMO / SECYs / HODs / District Collectorates / District and Mandal level Offices on a common platform linked with Aadhar number of the Petitioner with Proper Accountability. On submission of a grievance, the competent officer addresses the grievance within a stipulated time. If the grievance remains unresolved within the stipulated timeline, the top executive is notified immediately for appropriate action.
